About Us - First Impressions

Our office was established in 1991 at Bundall servicing the central area of the Gold Coast,in 2001 we opened our second office at Hope Island and have now relocated all operations to that one location, specialising in the northern Gold Coast corridor from Sanctuary Cove and Coomera in the north to Southport and Labrador in the Central Gold Coast area allowing us to represent our clients (home owners) to worldwide buyers and potential Tenants.

We have Sales Associates specialising in Sanctuary Cove Resort, Hope Island Resort and Royal Pines Resort, who are fully conversant with the Integrated Tourist Resort Act allowing Foreign Investment Approval for the sale and purchase of property in these sought after areas. We also have knowledgeable Sales Associates for Waterfront & Beachside properties and for Acreage and Hinterland Estates. Our many years of experience have allowed us to establish a comprehensive data base and to constantly keep abreast of values in all areas.

Our office also handles Holiday rentals in the popular destinations of Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island Resort with mimimuns of 3 night stays--,prices start at $170.00 a night.


Permanent Rentals are also catered for in the Northern Region with a number of options available.
